1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pek365 ("pek365", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pek365 online gaming platform available at pek365.net and any associated mobile applications or services.

By completing the account registration process, accessing any portion of the pek365 platform, or placing any real-money wager, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand their contents;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any future amendments;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• The funds you deposit and wager are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.

These Terms are supplemented by the pek365 Privacy Policy and the pek365 Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and pek365.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the pek365 platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. pek365 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification via government-issued documentation (National Identity Card / CNIC, passport, or equivalent) is mandatory before any withdrawal is approved.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active pek365 account. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds held in duplicate accounts.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily or by pek365 at the time of registration.

pek365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pek365 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or permanent account closure.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on pek365, you must complete the registration process and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication details. pek365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify pek365 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting [email protected];
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances;
• Account credentials may not be transferred to or used by another individual;
• pek365 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to suspend your account pending verification.

pek365 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its sole and absolute discretion.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

pek365 accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pek365 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your pek365 balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. pek365 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing times. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawals: The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests submitted through your pek365 account:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited;
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved;
• Withdrawal requests are subject to an internal review process. pek365 targets processing within one business day for verified accounts, though actual clearance times depend on the receiving payment provider;
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically clear within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts;
• pek365 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request, particularly where the amount exceeds standard thresholds or where fraud indicators are present;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed in full before a withdrawal may be processed.

pek365 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal payments pending completion of any ongoing investigation into the account in question. Players will be notified of any such hold via their registered email address.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pek365 offers various promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each individual promotion;
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified on each bonus page;
• Expiry: Bonuses and any associated free spins expire if not used within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without compensation;
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise explicitly stated;
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per spin or round applies. Bets placed above this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided;
• Abuse: pek365 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them where bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or fraudulent activity is detected.

pek365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of any change will be subject to the terms that were in effect at the point of opt-in, provided those terms are more favourable.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on pek365 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by professionally trained dealers operating under audited conditions. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on pek365's servers, the server record shall be the definitive and binding record of the game outcome. pek365 is not liable for losses arising from connection interruptions during gameplay.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface;
• It is your responsibility to ensure you understand the rules of each game before placing a wager;
• Winnings derived from a technical malfunction, software error, or incorrectly quoted odds are void and will not be paid out;
• pek365 reserves the right to suspend any game for maintenance or technical reasons without prior notice.

For sports betting markets, including PSL cricket and international fixtures, additional sportsbook rules apply. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, pek365's sportsbook rules — available within the sportsbook section of the platform — shall govern the settlement of affected bets.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pek365 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions on promotions, or systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with good faith participation;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multiplayer game format available on pek365;
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the pek365 platform in place of genuine manual play;
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome by exploiting pricing discrepancies, whether on pek365 alone or in combination with other operators;
• Money Laundering: Using pek365 as a vehicle to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from any unlawful activity;
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider after having used deposited funds for gameplay;
• Impersonation: Registering an account using another person's identity, documents, or payment details.

pek365 employs active monitoring systems to detect prohibited activities. Where prohibited conduct is identified, pek365 will act promptly and decisively to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of its legitimate player base.

8 Responsible Gaming

pek365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. Gaming on pek365 is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gaming ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial or emotional distress, pek365 strongly encourages players to make use of the responsible gaming tools available directly within the account dashboard.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders to prompt regular breaks during gameplay;
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may apply for a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which access to real-money gaming is suspended;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. pek365 will not knowingly re-open a self-excluded account;
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications of total time spent and net gaming activity during a session are available as an optional feature.

9 Privacy & Data

pek365 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pek365 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, and fraud prevention partners strictly to the extent necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations. All data transfers are conducted under appropriate security safeguards.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by pek365, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Such requests should be directed to [email protected].

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pek365 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of pek365 or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pek365 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the platform without prior written consent from pek365;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software underlying the pek365 platform;
• Using pek365 branding or trademarks in any context without explicit written authorisation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pek365 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or financial loss resulting from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond pek365's reasonable control;
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software faults, provided that the relevant game is suspended and wagers returned upon detection;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Reliance on any information published on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Account Termination

Either party may terminate the gaming relationship at any time. Players wishing to close their account should contact [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

pek365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected;
• The account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms;
• pek365 is required to do so by law, regulatory direction, or court order;
• The continued operation of the account poses a reputational, legal, or financial risk to pek365.

Where an account is closed by pek365 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full at pek365's discretion.

13 Amendments to Terms

pek365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — pek365 will provide notice via the email address registered to your account no fewer than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Minor amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or additions that are more favourable to players) may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication on the pek365 platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the pek365 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 12.

14 Contact & Disputes

If you have any question, complaint, or dispute relating to the pek365 platform or these Terms, you should contact the pek365 support team in the first instance. The vast majority of issues are resolved quickly and informally through direct communication.

pek365 aims to acknowledge all support enquiries within 24 hours and to resolve complaints within five (5) business days of receiving all relevant information. Where a complaint cannot be resolved at first instance, it will be escalated to the pek365 compliance team for further review.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

pek365 is committed to treating all players fairly and transparently throughout any dispute resolution process. Players are encouraged to review the FAQ section for answers to common questions before raising a formal complaint.
